Returns must be in original condition
Please keep the product in its original condition as much as possible, we only accept returns in good condition for resale to another customer in the future. All returned products must be unworn and retain their original tags.
Here are a few additional tips:
Footwear
Shoes are prone to chafing on all hard surfaces, so be sure to try them on carpet. The shoe box is an important part of the overall display of the product. When returning the product, the shoe box must not be damaged. Please send the shoe box and the shoes back together.
Swimwear and Lingerie，Lingerie and Nightwear
For hygienic considerations, be sure to put on underwear first when trying on. Do not remove the protective sticker.
Tops and Dresses
Be careful not to get makeup on your clothes.
Accessories and Jewelry
Valuable jewelry and accessories must be in good packaging.
Damaged/defective product
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service specialists within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase, we will assist in the repair and/or replacement of hardware, but cannot provide returns or refunds for products beyond repair.
